Private Consultations

Confidential consultations consist of conversation between client and this Bach Foundation Registered Practitioner which will result in the client’s personalized Bach® Flower Essence combination formula.

Ms. Dittmeier will act as teacher and coach to guide you toward recognizing stressful events in your life, how they manifest in your mind and body, and which Bach Flower Essences will support your strengths and min-imize weaknesses.

This process supports self-direction, personal insight and growth at your own pace. Having less anxiety, depression, fear, negative self talk, fatigue, apathy, etc. a sense of wellness, calm, peace, self acceptance, and subtle healing on all levels can begin.

As this process is mainly verbal, phone consultations are equally effective. Phone consults are especially helpful to those who live with physical disabilities or for those unable to travel in inclement weather or other dangerous situations. Those with very busy schedules often find phone consults convenient as they can be listened to and guided without having to travel to another location. Bach Flower formulae are then mailed to you at no extra charge.

Personal consultations are held in the “Healing Cottage” – a quaint, attractive, private space built in 2001-2 with Dr. Bach in mind. Remember, in his later years he lived in a cottage in Mount Vernon in England. The “Healing Cottage” is the first of its kind in Suffolk County, Long Island, NY.
